## Writing - "Project J"

Excerpt

They were both asleep (surprising). Ann had a stuffed Eyeore from Winnie the Pooh beside her. I tried to take it without her noticing, but she woke up flailing her arms wildly. I talked to her for a short while, then went to visit Cinala.

She was knocked \[sic\] by a fat ass copy of the *Lord of the Rings* trilogy. I said,「まるで『指輪物語』の仕事だな」Immediately she sprang up and commented on something. I forgot what it was, but it wasn’t very important.

## Writing (Novel) - Cereus & Limnic: Escape From Okinawa - Type B

Excerpt:

Scorch raised his fists. “Bro can you Dare?”

“No! Can you flare?”

“Fuck, I can’t! They still got me blocked or some shit! But I think we can take em’. You ready?”

I assumed he was wrong. “Follow me!” I faked a charge, but dipped right, to grab Scorch and pull him toward the ocean.

“Nigga, ah hell naw. I can’t swim!”

Neither could I, but sea was the only way to get free. As I floundered to pull Scorch along, I saw Commander and his Armor watch us from the cave.

They observed us as one might a helpless kitten, with that phantom detachment, but they did not pursue.
