You can. But you should inject as much of yourself into your work as possible. I've experimented a lot with AI writing. My conclusion? The writing is usually bland and uninspired (but it can write well). However, it doesn't tell me much about how you feel and think about things. Therefore, I'd be happy to review your AI created writing, but I won't publicly push it out on my website.

I’m Keith Hayden. US Air Force veteran and former Special Agent, turned fiction writer. I’ve been writing fiction since 2019.
In 2021 I published my first novel—a military sci‑fi book—and no one bought it.
