Decided to pick this one up after a YouTube video recommendation. It's business nonfiction focused (like most of these books are) but some of the advice is still useful for fiction.

One of the earliest pieces of advice is to "write shorter books." This builds on the portfolio strategy.

This is something I'd like to explore more for fiction. Regularly publish shorter works to "make smaller bets" while creating a portfolio.

Wouldn't be too hard to do.
