I built two small apps using models Windsurf AI yesterday. An AI agent (Cascade) caters to every request: running terminal prompts, creating files, and debugging. All I needed to do was make the right requests and ask the right questions. Last year (using Google Gemini) it took me two weeks to create the original version of the app. Now it was two apps in two hours - unbelievable.
Granted, I was building off of what I already had. But this represents a brand new way to build software faster than ever before.
