I write everyday.
But just doing that everyday can get a bit boring. That's why I started CROSS-TRAIN: a monthly upskill program focused on improving in a single domain.
How does it work?
I select one topic, course, or skill to deep dive into for an entire month.
Then I do it for 30 minutes a day for 30 days.
You probably won't become an expert in a month.
But you'd be surprised how much proficiency you can gain by doing something consistently for a month.
Skill enhancement is just one reason I established CROSS-TRAIN.
The other is to upskill with equally like-minded and motivated lifelong learners from all over the world and in my local community.
I see us gathering in physical and digital spaces to become better versions of ourselves in these rapidly changing times.
Plus its more fun to learning as a group.
